Had to prepare some pulled pork Saturday for my BIL's anniversary. I used his camo BUFORD and it cooked away and held temp throughout the cook. Can't complain about these UDS smokers.

This one was built to pull behind my BIL's Polaris quad.
Started with 27 pounds butts.
Yes, basket is removable. It has (3) 1" ball valves around the perimeter of the drum.
