My daughter is graduating from H.S. this spring. We are having an open house to celebrate. I am told that we should expect arround 150 people to come. Alyssa, my daughter has determined that I will be serving pulled pork, smoked brisket and a few wings on the side. These have been our family holiday gatherings for years and are her favorites. My question is, How many picnics / butts and brisketts do I plan. I am also planning big batches of slaw and beans as sides. Bulk wings are another issue that I plan to ask about later after I settle my mind about the beef / pork. Thanks for any input.

I have uploaded two catering spreadsheets available for download.
Both are very small in size. One is 40kb in size and the other one is 132kb.
They are very useful when trying to figure out how much food to buy or prepare for small or large gatherings.
Very simple to use and very helpful in my opinion.
A big thank-you to the folks that have created these spreadsheets!!!

Nice spread sheet, I roughly plugged in some numbers and it looks real good..You must be very detailed in your notes to come up with this info, thank you..
