Turkey and pulled pork turned out great.

1. Brined, rubbed and injected half turkey.

2. Pulled pork had a awesome bark and smoke ring on it. Very moist to.

I'm thinking about getting an Assassin. What is your opinion overall about it? Any likes verses dislikes? Any unexpected surprises while using it?

Thanks

Love it. The one big dislike is the fact it needs better caster wheels to move through grass. I'm looking at removing the stock ones and adding bigger ones.

I have had my Assassin for six months and I don't have any complaints. The stock wheels do great on a hard service, so, it really depends on how you are going to use your smoker.
