Mostly cooks from our lobster dock in Gloucester MA.

It's used as a journal to document what works and what doesn't for me and to try to remember what processes I used.

I started a YouTube Channel - HuffDaddy BBQ

Hey all, I am starting to post videos on YouTube (I know, welcome to the 21st Century). There will be how to videos, recipes, smoker reviews and other BBQ and Grilling related topics. I would love any feedback. Please check it out and let me know what you think and subscribe at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqTOk4SnmW72FdCrOJFNMzg.

Thanks.

My first two videos:

Poor Boy Burnt Ends - https://youtu.be/QdcSRfM4YaE

I cooked Knock off burnt ends and beef ribs this weekend, nice videos..

Keep up the good job..

Hot dang it took me months to cross 25 subs. You are off to a great start. Only thing I will add is YouTube is like compound interest. It only gets easier the more you stay at it.

Thanks for doing this thread! My YouTube channel is about six weeks old and steadily growing. I've already published 15 videos, so I keep it very active. I focus primarily on the brand new 20" line of redesigned offsets from Lone Star Grillz, of which I own the 20 x 42. But I also throw in a few WSM videos and other things I hope will have broad appeal in the BBQ world.

Instagram: @behindthepinecurtain I post a lot of my BBQ travels, and some of my cooks (not always BBQ, but mostly).

Apologies for the typo in the URL. ;) It's now enshrined in the Internet and I cannot change it.

I used it mainly to record my efforts so I could look back at them and do better next time. I put a little extra effort into it so I could easily share. I should get back to blogging cooks again.

The last post was for a friend who said "I could never make ribs as good as yours." I disagreed. I wrote down what I hoped were detailed enough instructions for him to duplicate my results. I don't think he ever tried them, but my brother-in-law did (and was happy with his results) so I think it was worth it.

Hopefully I helped some others along the way.

Smoke on!
