The pellet hopper holds 40 pounds. Burns about a pound per hour.

I don't know the exact number, I just got the smoker. It has a lot of space though and if rib racks were used you could get quite a few on there.

I'd say they're right. I've done turkeys on my old Traeger BBQ125 in the past which is about the exact same size as the Rec-Tec.
