Yeah I usually throw one on the grill if I have to top off a steak. It's basically beef butter. Amazing stuff!! I put them on the smoker for about 20-30 mins. I usually put them on a piece of foil. you have to watch them though. Use a toothpick to stick them and if it goes in like butter its ready. You have to be careful though cuz if you overcook them they will basically render out. These are beef shin bones. I highly recommend the stuff.
