Apple stuffing pork roast

Breaking in the new Weber Kettle with an apple stuffing stuffed pork roast.

The stuffing was an apple and onion recipe- The pan in the grill pic has apple juice in it and the rub was PLOWBOYS Bovine Bold.

Dang!!! it does look great. I think I'll have to try that, I make apple and cornbread stuffing that I usually stuff Acorn squash with, but the pork lion is another matter...

Meal was great-and yes it was a loin roast- I think the apple juice in the pan below helped keep it moist.
