Who all is planning to cook this contest?
It's in Centralia Mo around the city square. They hold it in conjunction to their fall festival.
This is a great contest! They'll have crafts, bands & food in the park Friday & Saturday, and they have a one bite wonder throw down on Friday night.

I just noticed that the KCBS web site says they're paying out $3800, but it's actually $5000.
 
Wish we could be there again this year but I have a conflict. Hopefully next year. This is a great contest.
 
Unrefined Swine is there, sent off my application last Friday. This will be my third year doing this contest and I have to say it's put together very well.
