Anything near the airport is going to be a chain restaurant. Cant say Id recccomend them but if I had to pick I would go with Pappas BBQ.
20-25 minutes from the airport is Corkscrew as mentioned. One of Texas top 10 best. Keep in mind its not a chain, and not open all day, or every day. Only open a few days a week at 11, and sold out by about 3:00 or so.
