Felt like a little salmon tonight so I dusted a nice 1 lb Sockeye fillet with Dizzy Pig "Raging River" and threw it on the gasser with some alderwood chips...

My wife whipped up a great salad...

Added some wild rice pilaf and a Pacific Northwest Chardonay...

Topped it all off with a Pear Clafouti...

Looks great JD! My gasser came in handy as the windbreak for the WSM's today!

Yep, nice lookin piece of fish. And my gasser is a nice tool shed for eggcessories...

It says you use a pancake type batter.

That looks like a dough in the pic but I could be wrong.

It is a pancake batter poured over sliced and spiced pears and baked...awesome! The salmon was wild caught and frozen.
