My old ones were starting to twist out on me. Bought the Steven Raichlen Locking Tongs. The reviews were number one so figured I would give them a try.
They are a little heavy but will get used to them. Doing a Pot Roast in the oven today and used them when Browning the roast. Picked up the 3 3/4 Lb Roast with ease.
