That is a huge gig by any standard I have done. Hamburgers and hot dogs I would not have capaicty to grill that much on sit and I don't even do them so I would not know what to tell you there.
For the pulled pork and chicken I would quote chicken thighs myself and not pulled chicken. For me too much labor involved pulling chicken. As for a quote I would quote 2 meats, 2 sides, chips, drink, cookies at between $18-20 per person
