I just wanted to thank everybody that gave me advise.I asked 100 different questions about how to smoke a Thanksgiving turkey.I appreciate the help soooooo much.My turkey was a hit bout 5 family members said they loved it(and a few more must have loved it cuz they ran of with all the meat:crazy::heh::heh::heh

I'm glad that the turkey was a hit. It's very stressful doing something new when a houseful of people are waiting for it and all the pizza places are closed :-D
