Here is the pulling of the pork, and vacuum packed for the freezer.

Sorry for the poor quality pics. My hands were greasy so had my wife take them.

after seeing the #2 and #3 pics I am kinda feeling like Im drunk :-D Good looking grub!! Make ya some Brunswick stew with some of that - its some good chit

It looks good, it got a little shaky in the middle of the process, but, you pulled it through.
 
I think the vacuum bags is a great idea. Looks outstanding.

Now, I have tried and tried to teach my wife how to work that camera too.





She must've learned from your wife.
 
The bottom bag -- that one's mine, right? Good looking stuff!

Dave, vac seal makes it last a lot longer than Ziplocks. A lot! Like a couple YEARS in my freezer. Not that it stays that long, but I had a very small pack of goat that was pushed aside for 2 years before we ate it.
