MoFo brisket chili win!

There was a United Way chili cook off at work today. A few weeks ago I seen Pugi's post about his experience with MoFo brisket chili. I figured I would give it a shot.

Turned out great and I took home first place! Only 5 other competitors but there was some good competition.

I'm intrigued, I love brisket, I love chili... This post made me look up this recipe, and I would love to try it with some additional heat. Strange that I rarely see a chili recipe with the actual peppers, instead of sauce or salsa. Just a thought

Awee ya! another Brethren win! I did the same at work a few weeks ago! Brisket is like cheating lol..no one else turned in chili with brisket thats been cooked for 12+ hrs lol. I went off of the link below and no lies- first time ever making chili- got me the W!
