Wyatt I am so impressed with threads of this quality. And I am grateful that we have a place where such a fine chef can show us things like this. I left class for just a minute and purchased another subscription. I was afraid I would expire before class was over.:wink::cool:

Not sure if i was paying attention in class so i will ask...what did you rub the briskets with?
