Most peaple just bake cookies but I couldn't do that so, I load the Fatboy with 16 racks of babybacks. I gave them the full compatition treatment. Prep, rub, smoke, foil with juice brown sugar and honey, finally glaze with home-made sauce. I then wrapped them in foil, tied with a red ribbon and gave them to friends and neighbors.
