Last sunday, I tried my first fatty and it was awesome. My wife liked it so much that we put one on this morning. We took two Jimmy Dean Maples, put them together, to make a fatter one. Started some kingsford at 8:00, put the fatty on at 8:30, added some hickory and water pan and closed it up. Ran pretty good at around 250 deg. After 2 hrs. took off the grill, let set 10 min. and sliced. Plated with fried egg drizzled with some pure maple syrup on a biscuit. Also had some homemade home fries and fruit. Yummmmy, I sure could get used to this. Cooked to 175 deg. came out juicy and had a great smoke ring.

That looks good! I planed to make a breakfast fatty but like 40 mph winds screwed that plan!
 
We just got ours off before that storm blew thru here. Now it's messing up the BEARS game.
