good question. it's been racking my brain trying to figure it out. so far i know it may or may not come in a gallon or quart size. it's a liquid! i think

Yes, it's a liquid. It comes in gallons, quarts and even pints. I'd be willing to guess you already use it as it can be ordered online from various different bbq specialty sites.

Was there last year and will say its a great time. They do a real good job of it and it is cooker friendly.
