I just tried my Guru DigiQ II on my WSM, and I overshot mt target temp of 240 the first time. After I added water and added the meat, the temp seems to have dropped. It's climbing slowly back up now. I used the minion method of starting with 25 coals. Regular K'...Is there anything I can do to make sure I don't overshoot the next time??? Thanks in advance for your help!!
