Well the Contest is over and congrats to Smoky D.

As Promised here is the uncoded recipe and Video. This is a wild vid but no girls so you can view it anywhere.

VIDEO - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNRESOET9AQ

Smoked Chili Simple Syrup

2 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup of water
¼ Cup of Jack Daniels
3 T of Jelly of Choice

Bring Mixture to a boil and stir until clear. Toss in Smoked Peppers and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off Fire and let cool. Chill in sauce overnight.

Pickled Onions

Get Pickle Jar and pour out and reserve juice. Chop Onion and toss in Juice to cover. Heat in Microwave until Liquid is Hot to the touch. Let cool in fridge overnight. This also will blow the mind as well. You don’t bite into a bit of pepper and taste candy and you don’t bite into an onion and expect a dill pickle flavor.

Let the Pepper and the Onions sit all night. The next day:

The goal here is to introduce only enough sauce to flavor and NOT soak into the dry Noodles.

Broccoli Slaw from store
Two bags of Noodles Crunched and Toasted*
One Bag of Noodles Crunched and Untoasted
Toasted Pecans
Jack Soaked Cranberries
De-stemmed and de seeded and sliced Candied Peppers
Pickled Onions

* Toasting these noodles takes a watchful eye, pull just when your ready and be sure you take them off the pan as the pan will keep cooking and thus burn them. You will not be able to fully toast ever bit of noodle.

Sauce

Flavor Packets
1 tsp Pepper
1TRub Of Choice
¼ - ½ C Italian Dressing
Spoonful of Candied Pepper Juice
Peanut Butter

Spoon a bit in, mix, spoon more in, mix some more. Do Not oversaturate. You may have some sauce left. Mix with hands and when you feel it getting waxy you are nearly there. The Candied Smoked Peppers will freak your mind out.

Thanks to everyone for the inspiration and interest.

OMG! I always love watching your videos! I showed my wife and she just does not get it. I especially want to thanks you for the front and back-end mentions.

You da man! I would love to try your recipe, I guess I will have to smoke some peppers. BTW, what wood you using to smoke them peppers?

Its my artistic expression about the struggle against "the man" with slight undertones of Socialist dogma in the interior shots of the pit. LOL

Na, the brethren need one brother that is willing to step off the dark side. LOL

My nephew loves the psycho stuff at the end.

I used Hickory and you can just buy dehydrated ones at the store but they are not as good. Jerky smelling peppers soaked in sugar and jack daniels. Lawd.

Im definitly going to have to try that Chili simple syrup recipe. What peppers do you recommend using for max flavor? Pablano, Jalapeno, Anaheim etc...

I wonder how some smoked sweet bell peppers would taste too.

Thank you for sharing your recipes in a format I can understand. They all look pretty awesome.

I'm thinking those JD Cranberries ight be good with the Turkey and Dressing this year...Good Stuff!!

it takes alot of time and effort to make videos like you do, I think I watched all of them, even the makings of the 31 Foot Funkotorium!

love your videos, thanks for the decoded recipe!

Smoked turkey, dr Pepper ham, cornbread dressing, mayo and some jd cranberries on some texas toast.

Damn! That sounds like a great sandwich.

dessert - popdaddys john daniels yams. If you quarter the yams after you parboil and peel them, they can hold up to a long enough cook they become translucent with sugar.

You're a character! You bring another whole level to backyard Qing. What the hell do you do for fun?

I'm a newb so might be missing something but from what I've seen, popdaddy has issues and needs some help....video is a little disturbing....LOL

I don't like scary movies.

You're not missing one thing then.

To be honest, being deranged is part of the fun. Your vids helped make my spares and first brisket successes that they may not have been if I had not seen them.

Get on that good foot Popdaddy, incredible video and recipe. Out of Sight!!!!!! :-D

Cant Stand The videos.. Music is horrible, tasteless.. So when I see popdaddy I pass.. Sorry..
