I'm looking for some equipment for the upcoming football season. We have a fairly large tailgate party, and this year we are looking to add a few items that will make our events a little bit more organized.

Specifically we are looking for barriers, tables, chairs, drink despensers, ez ups etc. I was hoping some of you competitor/caterers might have some vendors that sell these sorts of products.

The barriers(you know, the thingys that cordon off your area) are hard to find.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Fin.

Costco is a good source...especially the Business Costco's.
 
For those hard to find barriers, look for a road construction project and return after dark. Great price too!! JUST KIDDING.

Sams or Costco is great for the tables and ez-ups. Also Sports Authority has been running ads every week in the Sunday paper on ez-ups (actually the quick shade brand) with $25 off a $50 purchase or more...McMaster Carr sells different types of barriers, cones and the yellow caution tape as well, Their warehouse is in Santa Fe Springs if you want to pick up and avoid shipping fees. Not sure about the drink dispensers, maybe Smart & Final?
 
I see a few teams that vend using PVC/Plastic picket fence panels. @36-48" tall. They look nice. Costco has 10'x10' King Kanopy pop ups that have roll down sidewalls that seem pretty sturdy, $190. Biz Costco has Carlisle Beverage dispensers (Cambro-like) $150? Lifetime folding tables w benches....One stop shopping!

A lightweight, economical alternative to rope and retractable webbing barriers. Just connect the chain between stanchions (sold separately) to set up a barrier.
Chain— Use this weather- and UV-resistant polyethylene chain indoors and out. You can cut chain to the length you need. Two color chain alternates color every two feet. Replacement Links— Two-piece snap-together links join two lengths of chain. S-Hooks— Enable you to quickly connect and disconnect two lengths of chain.
For solid-color chain, replacement links, and S-hooks, please specify black, blue, green, orange, red, white, or yellow, unless noted. For two-color chain, please specify yellow/black or yellow/magenta. Note: Last length listed is the maximum continuous length.
