Last night I thought since I'm going to be smoking a turkey later in the morning would be a good time to try my first Fattie.
Homemade sausage
Just simply pepper jack cheese and a little American
Also home made bacon and since it's homemade can't do the fancy weaves I've seen on here.
About an hour and a half later and after some rest here it is.
Man are these things good, will be doing this again.
Going to take this along with the turkey later as well.
