So I was just curious what everyone is asking santa for this year, que related, I know I am hoping for a thermapen or vacuum sealer and if not I'm really hoping santa thinks I was bad and just brings me coal, lots and lots of coal to keep them fires cooking.

Santa is bringing me a new splashproof thermapen and a new et-73.

Santa uses my wifes credit card, so it's easy to track.. LOL

Anyone have any good recommendations on BBQ books or any other BBQ stocking stuffers? Maybe we all need to list some cool gadgets that our "Santas" can find.

As far as bbq books obviously Dr. BBQ has a few that are excellent also I have this book that I really like "Mastering the Grill" don't know who wrote it because my library is in a state of transition but it is a really good book.
