Well i got 3rd place bronze from the American Culinary Federation. i am beyond exhausted i will post more pictures little later once i get the pics from my niece. but here is one that shows it all
Btw i made ancho encrusted pork tenderloin with a ancho cherry Bourbon sauce then my starch and veggie was chipotle sweet potato mash with a black and white bean pineapple salsa.i got pictures of it all
