So I saved all the juices that where left in the foil from my last rib cook. The fat has been removed now I have a gelatin that tastes so good. Now what can I use it for? I would hate to waste this stuff it tastes awesome with the rub and apple juice flavors. Any ideas folks?

You can vac-seal and freeze to save for a gravy base, or mix with leftover meat and add to soups, baked beans, or anything you wish to add pork flavor to.

Also comes in good with extra sauce for pork stir fry dishes.

I even pour a little over my sauteed green beans.

Oooh, pork drippings, YUM..............drizzle it over bacon :twitch:

Put a dab behind your ear before you go out at night.

Seriously, that would be great in a pot of beans. It would be great in homemade bbq sauce too.

Recycle it.

1. Go buy a pork butt.
2. Get some CocaCola and pour it into a bowl and let it go flat.
3. Warm up the flat Coke.
4. Add spoonfuls of the pork jelly until you get a good balance of porky and sweet flavor.
5.

the liquid into the butt.
6. Smoke the butt.

Well looks like I'm waking up having a cup of joe and toast and heading out for a date. Thanks for the ideas and humor. It looks like I might try the baked beans and soup maybe coffee. Thanks guys
