Unbelievably juicy. In fact, I cooked it to a higher temp than I normally cook chicken to (180 at the thigh before I pulled it //// got busy with he kids) and if you look closely at the pic, you can see the clear juice in the middle of the plate.

The sweet spuds cooked perfectly and next I will come up with a way to hang my other veg like asparagus and Brussel sprouts. Threw the hooks into the dish washer.

Gonna add some pecan chunks to the fire today and try some St. Louis ribs.

Lol, thanks man, at 118# he's a gentle giant. 6# more than my mrs and so well trained that she barely needs a leash to walk him.

Chicken looks delicious. Also at least for thinner veg's you could try a fish basket, too.
