One of those perfect days.
Wandered out into the lair of the nefarious Mahi and his evil confederates. Around 6 miles off the coast of Palm Beach I grappled with my foe in a battle between life and death. Okay, it was life for me. Before the titanic struggle was at it's end, 5 more of his buddies met the same fate.......

After that, it was filleted, added a little evo and a dusting of Dizzy Pig Raging River and then onto the Akorn ramped up to volcano status. Next time I will lighten up the temp a little. The grill marks were great, but just slightly too much in taste. The freshness was still amazing and beat the h@ll out of anything I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Cheers all
