My weekend cook...

Had some semi decent weather this weekend so I went to work...3 racks of ribs, a whole packer,7 chickie thighs and of course some beans and some buffalo turds.

Now, what's the consensus on the brisket? Is the smoke ring enough?

Smoke ring don't mean diddy.....as long as it tastes good....and that certainly looks good!! :biggrin:

The bone was what's left of the "taster" BAAA HAAAA!
My smoker is a good-one. Thanks guys, just got done eatin some left overs-man is they good!
 
great looking food especially the brisket. I tthought it had a nice smoke ring
 
Good looking eats. Use caution when cooking chicken over other meats. Many would prefer to cook the chicken on the lowest level.
 
Brisket looks good!! What kind of smoker you using??
 
Thanks for the info Puppyboy, I never thought about the chicken drippin. From now on- chicken on the bottom!
