I rolled my first fatty today! Not even in college!

JD hot and regular sausage, roasted red peppers, onion, and monterey jack cheese. Dusted with rub.

I'm afraid I'm going to have a blowout as cheese is already pokin' through. I'll know better next time.

What temp should I be taking her up to?

I shoot for 165* then foil for about 20 to 30 min.

2 hrs at 250* is a good starting point, and usually check about the 1:45 mark to see how it is.

Thought of slicing and placing it on toasted hamburger bun with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

Any other ideas?
 
Cheese leaked out but delicious nonetheless. Found an alternative to burgers!

How do you guys reheat?

I reheat in the microwave, low power for a few minutes. I like leftovers between 2 pieces of toast, light spread of mayo, and a slice of cheese!!
