I have some Ribeye's that I'm going to reverse sear with a little Mesquite smoke. Probably throw some potatoes on the rack as well.

Two 10lb butts on the 22", Prep the muffin pan thighs tonight and slide them on the 18.5" tomorrow. Gonna set up the "Jumbo Tron projector" and watch the NCAA hoops on the back patio! Life is good. :clap2:
