Babyback Score $2.39/lb

Swung by the Sam's in Lenexa this afternoon to grab some stuff to cook this weekend. I had been meaning to pick up some ribs and the other day at another Sam's they were completely out. When I approached the bin-o-ribs I was pleased to see the wonderful orange stickers of happiness meaning there had been a price reduction. $2.39/lb was $.10 cheaper than their spares :becky: I am guessing Sam's is trying to blow out their stock as this was all this store had as well. Anyway, for some strange reason I left two packs there so if you are close you had better hurry before they are gone.




Now, what injection should I use when boiling ribs and rub before or after?? :becky:
