Finally had a chance to smoke something!

It's been a few weeks since I had a chance to fire up the smoker... So went to Sam's and picked up a case of spares. Decided to cook up 6 racks with 3 different 'store bought' rubs. They were Texas BBQ Rub, Sucklebuster's Hog Waller and Sucklebuster's Hoochie Mama... I've used Texas BBQ Rub for a couple of years now, but the others were new to me. All were VERY good, but I think my new favorite is the Hog Waller...

I really like the HogWaller too. It may be meant for pork, but try it on a brisket!!! Very good. Nice pile o' bones there!! If you need someone to help eat them, let me know!!
 
Can't say I've tried that rub before. Nice looking ribs. What a great day to be smoking.

Hey! I cook every chance I get! Q time is my relaxing time... damn work schedule... no wonder my blood pressure is up. I need to cook more!
