Thanks, Marc! I've usually had good luck finding seedlings in the nursery in spring time. Not sure if that's something you can even do in the high deserts of New Mexico though... If you do grow it, just make sure you keep deflowering it, and it will produce from May through early October :thumb:
 
Looks great. Does that wok get hot enough to give you any hei?

Absolutely. It'll hit 800 in under 2 minutes. I usually end up turning it down. The burners are High pressure and sound like a jet engine when you crank them up. They work great
