I got my first job!!

I have my first real job this Friday! It's only for about 50 people, but it's a job! Just doing pulled pork and sausage, that's all that they wanted. With beans and potatoe salad as sides. I thought this was the perfect first timers gig! Reading through all the info in this section has answered quite a few questions and gave me quite a few ideas. I'll let you know how it goes!
