ok im gonna go out on a limb here concerning the pit barrel cooker and the uds , the pbc is so simple why can't you do the same thing with a 55 gal drum that they are doing with a 30 gal ?, one is just bigger could you just make everything bigger on the 55 ? just something I been thinking about
