Menu was 8 pounds of pulled pork, 2 naked fatties, 100 moink balls. It was a good time in pa. 100 degree weather was killer though. Sorry no cooking shots.

Nice smoke ring on the slice of fatty! How long was it on for?
 
Great job! That's exactly how I do MOINKs here too. A lot easier to handle them a skewer at a time!
 
i did not get to put info about the cook. i started the smoker at 1 am and let it get to temp about an hour and to make sure i got nice blue smoke. i cooked the but at 280* it took about 8-9 hours. that was cooked in my old clay kamado that was given to me by a real good friend. it was done before the party which i wanted it to be. i placed in oven at 195* until the party began smoked the fatties on my mini wsm at 270 degrees until the inside temp was 165 and placed in my little plug in oven at 170 until the party began. i smoked my moinks in the kamado and the mini wsm at 260* temp in both cookers. it was a reall good day. The best part of the day was then the one little girl came up to me gave me a hug and said that i was the best cook in the world. That made my day.
 
Great looking feast. I wouldn't be worth a thing after chowing down on that.
 
Ya after that meal i was one stinky guy from all the smoke and being up for 39 hours straight. So i went for a shower and crashed on the bed even though i had family over. So i was not worth much for about an hour after that happened.
