I've seen a several posts with pictures imbedded inside them. How do you do that? And do you have to have an online picture album like photobucket, or can you post pictures straight from your computer? Thanks

I am pretty sure they have to be hosted online and you use the "

I just use TinyPic. You upload your photos (no account needed) and it generates the image tag. All you do is copy that tag and put it in your post like a new sentence.

Example Tag: http://i53.tinypic.com/29w5zpw.jpg[/IMG

The ] on the end of that tag was removed so you can see the format. Put a ] on the end and it'll embed a the photo like this:

I was hoping I wouldn't have to use an online album, but I guess I'll have to sign up for one. Thanks for the info.

NO account needed. That's the best part.

But be warned, once you post a pic without an account, you can't manage it (remove, edit, etc). TinyPic is great for simple stuff that you're not worried about removing (food, equipment, etc). Don't recommend you use it for photos of you, your family, or friends.

El Lobo, thanks. What's the website? TinyPic.com? And where do the pictures go after you upload them if you have no account with them?

Nevermind. I was writing my reply while you were writing yours. Thanks again El Lobo

You don't want to know where the pictures go. Just don't publish personal stuff there.
