First must say this was an awesome 4th of July! Perhaps the best I had in years! Just got around now to being able to post some pics..Everything went fine. Ribs initially were going a little slow because I had to layer them due to size. Sams Club spares are monsters!!!!!! Finally wife ran out and bought me a rib rack and a 2nd grate(uds has 2 levels) and all was lovely from there. Ended up using rack instead of 2nd grate.Wanted to see how it was. It was awesome! Uds ran for whole time within 10 degrees of 250!!! Pics are form Iphone so hope they are clear here...

Ribs were not sauced but were foiled during cook.Consensus was best family had ever had.Most ate them without barbecue sauce. Rub was McCormicks applewood rub. Also they were not trimmed.
 
Looks wonderful!

I keep getting hungry looking at all this good food.
(am sat eating cold Brisket from Sunday, so sight and taste of barbecue!)
