Grilfriend requested a "fatty" as I hadn't made one in a while. SO here it is, total weight of 5 lbs. The white circles in the center of the slices is string chesse. Smoked it for 4 hours at 250, pulled at 165, used Keith's Farms rub on the bacon (Thanks Guerry), turned out very tasty. Also picks of some turkey wings I smoked on Sunday (Halloween) thats why they look like bats on the racks. Rubbed with Evo (Thanks again Guerry), salted with Lawry's.

Don't care about the Phatty...your Coors Can makes my eyes all Phluid n stuPh!
Keep cooking on that Can and don't make it dirty!!!
