Well it all came together and now the kitchen is a mess inside as well as out. It really felt like throwdown cause I have to be ready to go out to dinner tonight. I have been looking at food for 2 days straight. At least tonight's it Italian. Here is my entry.

Caramelized onions, smoked Gouda cheese, bacon wrapped fatty slices, smoked and grilled pork belly slices, garlic Aioli with dill and self baked bread grilled in bacon fat and butter. Thanks for looking.
