Was in too much of a hurry to get the ribs on in time for dinner to take any pre cook pics. Just a single rack of baby backs to test things out. Rubbed and thrown on once I got to temp.

I have to admit I used the crutch (foiled) and gassed them after I mopped. They were a little dry at the thin end, but mostly perfect. I'm happy with them for a first try. The bark was tasty!
 
Looks good to me. That yellow counter, wow!
 
My kitchen is pink, so I understand.
 
Nice rack! The clear glass plates are kind of tripping me out. It's like hovering food, almost cosmic.
