I don't have a liner btw. Not sure if that matters or not

hmmm. I'm a pyro, so I say burn it with one pallet, just to be safe.

But if you have no liner, and you are 100% sure no bad things remain, the rub some cooking oil all over the inside of the drum, and let's see some pron!

If you have no liner you don't need to burnout unless it was an oil or chemical drum- just a scrub out and get to seasoning it.
