Being that today is the last day for the "Drum Cooker Showdown" TD, AND my Anniversary, I figured I would pull double duty, cook my beautiful bride of 29 years :kiss:a nice Sunday dinner and showcase my culinary skills in the TD . On the drum of course. Actually 2 drums. On the menu was brisket, beef tenderloin, clams, shrimp, tomato-basil-mozzarella salad and slaw.

Started with a brisket I cut off a side of beef we were butchering-

All day cook, but well worth it!

mmm brisket  beautiful meal, well done.

I like the beer can rack spacers...

Nice job!

The first time I used a double rack in the UDS, I was looking high and low for something that would fit without a lot of mods, and it was right in my hand the whole time  now I fill them with water to add a little moisture to the cook.

Stellar cook and pic's Sir! I like command central with all the essentials (PC, Cold Ber & Remote temp) and protecting the twins during the storm! You have all the bases covered!
