New Years BBQ. early morning pron

I'm smoking 3 butts and 14 racks of ribs for some friends and family. Started the butts last night on my RF offset. Wrapped them in foil and they are finishing on my UDS,(So I could get a little sleep).

I got up at 330 this morning and made my rub for the ribs, rubbed the ribs, let them sit for 20 min, then on the smoker.

Im sick of this rain. Ive got a canopy set up by the smoker so Im atleast standing in the dry

Pron refers to posting pictures in your post. There is a full explanation in the welcoming notes somewhere, I can't seem to find it right now, Might be somewhere in "KCQ'ers Roadmap to Qtalk" above.

The ribs actually went on at about 445. I had to build a fire and get some prep work done.

But yeah, they were done early so everyone could have them by lunch.
