Allright, I smoked a 5 lb chuck roast today on my WSM over some mulberry wood in an aluminum pan. See here for cooking play by play details.

Stuck the veggies in the pan about 2 hours before it was done. Pulled it at 5:30 and let her sit for 15 minutes before I pulled the foil cover and saw picture #1.

Served her up in pic #2 and with a little of the "gravy" in pic #3. Man this roast turned out great. The veggies were done perfectly. I will definitely do it again.
