Smokin up a couple of babybacks and fatty today. Will be my first fatty so KISS it was. I hit it with my rib rub and threw it on the smoker. I will try some of the crazier recipes next time. Pics to follow!

Here is the finished products. The fatty was martha-farkin awesome! I wish I had done one before. The ABT's I have made were good, but I love me a fatty.

The Fatty is complaining about the temperature, the wood, and the charcoal.

The Ribs say to the Fatty, "Who rubbed you the wrong way?"
