Full Fledged Farker
I have been given a really old fridge and was thinking of converting it into a smoker. I am thinking of either trying to adapt it into a gravity feed smoker or into something like a really big UDS except with a big door.
I already am aware of things like galvanizing on the racks and making sure to replace anything plastic, but any advice on which direction to take it and tips on what works and what doesnt would be greatly appreciated.
