I cooked up some chuckies. These were Beef Shoulder Roast from Sam's. There were 2 in the package. About 6.5 pounds total weight.
I seasoned them up with Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper and granulated garlic.
After I hit 160, I foiled them and splashed in some worsty.
Then I took them till they pulled. Here they are after resting.

They are destined for sammies later in the week and probably some beef tamales in a couple of weeks.
