Was able to get 14 pounds of butt and get them on the smoker yesterday. First smoke of 2009 for me.

But here's some pron for the brethren.
Two butts with Bad Byron's Butt Rub:
Here they are after about 4 hours:
I was cooking at a little higher temps than "normal" - about 250-270.
Here they are at 5 hours:
Here's the meat from the bigger of the two.
And from the other - both nice and moist!
Today I will be vacuum packing up lots of little bundles of joy for future lunches! :-D
